how to solve charred streaks
When in production, some customer will have meet the problem of charred streaks on the samples. So when appear charred streaks, how to solve charred streaks? Now i will explain to you when appear charred streaks, how to solve charred streaks.
1. Decrease the barrel temperature
2. Check the hot runner temperature and then decrease temperature of the hot runner
3. Adapt small diameter screw
4. Decrease injection speed.

Choose the right type of injection mould

Can hold the mould in
In there ,we should get the mould size to see if the machine can hold the mould in ,we should know some information about the moulding machine ,as the space between tie-bar,max.mould height and min .mould height and also the rotary table size is suitable enough.
It depends on the moulded part size to confirm the toggle stroke and ejector sroke if can smoothly pick the part out ,the toggle stroke need the more than twice height than the part in the demould direction.and the ejector stork can successfully eject the part.
When inject the plastic,there will form a power to push inside and avoid the mould is opened by the power ,we should choose the enough clamp tonnage machine which should big than the outward power.
How to do it ?it need to analyze the weight of moulded part and the cavity number,we also need to choose the suitable "screw diameter ".
It depends on the screw L/D ratio and injection pressure,they are opposite to each other.
Such as the thinwall products,which need the high speed inject to form a perfect shape.
