For liquid silicone rubber, it can be divide into A and B, it will mixed with 1: 1 rate by volume control device and Static Mixer, then to injection the material into silicone mould cavity. The injection machine plasticizing screw should have the function of homogenization, mixing, mixture injection through the screw to heating mold, mold temperature need around 170-200 ℃, then silicone curing reaction occurs. For cold runner systemsilicone mould, worthy of note is the runner should be cold enough. In order to avoid plastic leakage, the valve gate installed on the surface of mould, once injection finished, pin closed valvenozzle immediately.
