Standard Two platen injection molding machine

The main difference between two platen injection molding machine and three platen machine is for the machine clamping unit structure, three platen machine clamping by the toggle arm, for two platen machine, it use high pressure cylinder to realize clamping force. For Dakumar standard two platen injection molding machine, we designed the tie bar fixing with fixed machine platen, the moving machine platen is driving by hydraulic cylinder, the clamping force is generating by the high pressure hydraulic cylinder with two half blocking for each tie bar. With this advanced design, the two platen injection molding machine could run stably.

If we use two platen machine, it is OK for us to run on 650ton standard two platen injection molding machines.

Compared with three platen machine, the advantage of two platen injection molding machine is as follows:

1. Without the toggle arm, the two platen machine weight and machine size could be reduced compare to the same size machine model;

2. With same max. daylight, the two platen machine could use the open stroke maximum, it is suitable for injection molding high part.

3. The two platen injection molding machine could realize more power saving for its light weight.
