PVC injection molding machine is special designed for PVC raw material injection,the barrel and screw use stainless steel material,with cooling fan outside of the barrel.The flame for PVC machine is bigger than common injection molding machines in order to fit the PVC pipe fitting mould sliding structure.
PVC raw material is a kind of easy degraded plastic under high temperature,so the plasticizing temperature should not be more than 180centi degree.We put the cooling fan outside the barrel in order to avoid the inner temperature too high.PVC plastic raw material is also corrosive to steel material,that's why we use special steelness steel material for the barrel and screw which touch with the melting material directly.
