PVC is specially used for pipe fitting molding, for PVC molding it is not as common plastic molding, like PP, PE, ABS, molding. For PVC, as it has some corrosion and very sensitive to temperature, so for PVC molding has special demands on injection molding machine.
PVC molding cannot with hot runner, for injection molding machine, it is designed special for PVC, such as its screw and barrel, and they are all stainless and anti-corrosion. For PVC molding, there are fans on machine to keep the temperature. On the other hand, for machine size, as the mould always with hydraulic cylinder,PVC molding machine always have big size door.

Here we have two suggestions:
Mould:
Mould maker could check the mould design and adjust the mould height to meet theinjection molding machine max mould height.
Machine:
Every injection machine in the current market, if the machine max mould height indicated in the catalogue is 500mm. Usually we could adjust to 520mm-530mm.
