Injection molding machines are the assembly equipment of mechanical parts and hydraulic system. The quality of mechanical parts decides the performance and stability of injection machine. And the quality of injection machine mechanical parts is decided by the material and precision. So to make high quality of injection molding machine, it is very important for the injection molding machine company to use suitable and precise tooling equipment for making high precision plastic injection machine parts.

In order to make precise dimension control of injection machine mechanical components, from 2007 till now, Dakumar Machinery has invested over 20 million USD on various kinds of tooling equipment, such as CNC milling machine, high speed CNC milling machine… We have 3D and 2D drawing for the machining parts with accurate tolerance requirement, tooling process requirement, material hardness and heat treatment requirement… When the tooling process is completed, we have QC dept who will inspect the dimension to make sure it meets the quality requirement. Our belief is that not even one unqualified parts should be used on our plastic injection molding machines.
