SINO PM hybrid injection moulding machines.High efficiency, high energy saving—two sets hydraulic servo system: compare to common injection machines, the common plastic injection machines adopt one set power producer and the actions also simplex. They can only do next action when the last motion finished. While the hybrid injection machines adopt two sets of hydraulic servo systems, one set for mould open and close, the other one for oil charging for ACC and mould ejection. Make sure ACC full of oil and will not take so much cycle time when making production, at the same time can realize the mould opening and ejecting at same time so that can shorten the cycle time.
The hybrid injection machines, in base of the standard configuration, add a servo motor storing achieve 3 axis linkage. The meaning of 3 axis linkage is that: the 3 power producers in the hybrid injection machine can separate the actions without effect the all the motions in the injection machines and make them work at one time: material charging, mould opening, mould ejecting can be worked at the same time. In this way, it can save 2 actions’ time. The most important is that the charging material take more times and if use the servo motor to make charge, it can remove the charging time completely.
