PA (Nylon，Polyamide) is different from PS, PP, PE, it not melting according to the temperature increase. It’s melting points is around 215 to 225℃. If the temperature is too high, it could burn the plastic. The main difference between PA injection molding machine and normal injection machine is it has a special barrel and screw. Because Nylon is a wear-resisting material, the screw is harder than normal screw.
