Plastic injection molding machine has different size screw and barrel, normally it has ABC and also D model for big machine.Different model screw and barrel can be chosen to meet different production requirement.

There are many variation between ABC screw and barrel machine, the performance of injection machine with different screw and barrel type differs a lot. But the most important is that for A type, because of the space for the screw between is small, it is suitable for high precision production. B type is standard while C is the biggest injection capacity, but because of this, the clamping force would be less and it is also not suitable for high precision items production.
