Several problems caused by high temperature injection molding machine

• : Accelerate oil oxidation deterioration:injection molding machinetemperature is too high will accelerate the deterioration of the oil oxidation, precipitate bituminous substances, and reduce the service life of the hydraulic oil. Precipitates clog the damping holes and gaps valve port, resulting in pressure valve locked and cannot move, the metal pipe elongation, bending, or even rupture.

• : Deformation of the rubber seals: injection molding machine temperature rise is too high that will deform the rubber seals, accelerate aging failure, and reduce the airproof performance and service life of the seal, causing leakage.

• : Reduce component working quality: injection molding machinetemperature is too high will reduce component working quality, oil dissolved air to escape, cause air pocket, cause the hydraulic system performance degradation.

• : To reduce the viscosity of the oil: the temperature rise of the injection molding machine is too high will cause the lower viscosity of the oil, increase in leakage, and will significantly reduce the volumetric efficiency of the pump and the entire system efficiency. Due to lower viscosity of the oil, the slide valve and other moving parts’ oil film will be thinner and broken, the friction increases, resulting in increased wear.
