Firstly, Daily maintenance (daily inspection):

1.Check all screws whether is loose or missing on mould insert core, oil cylinder, pressure plate, etc.

2.Check the plug wire, limit switch, micro switch, position scale, stop button are working properly.

3.Check whether the lubricating oil in the center line above, oil are in good condition, the oil temperature is normal or not. (30 ~ 45 ℃ best, 5 ~ 55 ℃ between available).

4.Check the water, oil circuit parts cylinder, tubing, action seal joint whether leakage or jam. And check all lubrication points and tubes whether there is enough oil and normal operation.

5.Check the distribution box if there is peculiar smell, different sound, all parts and wires whether is overheating, coking, fall off or foreign body. And check the distribution box the ventilation, filtration device is working correctly, can guarantee good heat dissipation.

6.Check each part of the action if there is abnormal, the phenomenon such as abnormal sound overheating (main motor, release motor, oil motor, oil pump, oil cylinder and the mechanical transmission parts, etc.). Ensure good lubrication and cooling.

7.Check each part of the action (switch mode, take inserted core, top a, a table in a, injection, preliminary model, take glue, adjustable die, etc.) pressure, speed, position, time and so on whether reasonable, the movement is smooth, with or without severe bump move, whether it is a reliable, normal.

8.Check the safety protection device is reliable and normal use. (every time after mold changing shall be adjusted mechanical insurance lever)

9.Check the thermocouple and heating coil are working properly.

10.Check the machine whether has displacement phenomenon.

Secondly, the long-term maintenance:

1.Weekly cleaning cleaning distribution box and the oil pollution, with particular one.

2.Weekly arrangement or replace cooling water pipe, take plug wire and tubing, etc.

3.Weekly to workshop tools, material rack, mold area and all machine and make a thorough cleaning, sorting.

4.Weekly check the hopper have magnetic rack (feed back) and filter (powder).

5.Monthly check and clean the oil filter net, bypass filter, oil suction filter, air filter, filter and filter unit. and check the ac contactor and electrical components whether action is normal, have peculiar smell, work for vibration.

6.Quarterly review of places such as the power supply voltage is too low or too high. The power cord for damage, grounding is in good condition, the connector for loose.

7.Quarterly review of hydraulic oil. And half a year thoroughly clean oil cooler once, and clear water.

8.all lubricating points every half a year to add lubricating oil once. (such as adjustable die, mobile plate, dynamic template, preliminary plastic oil motor, whole shift base station and other activities place)

9.Every year check each part of the attachment, components whether ageing, insulation are in good condition. check the seal, high and low pressure tubing are aging and wear, etc., and deal with change at any time. And every year, with kerosene or diesel cleaning parts electromagnetic valve, etc. In order to guarantee the normal operation of the machine. And, every year check mechanical levelness, four pillars elder brother LinZhu parallelism, floor sliding feet firmness, and adjusted. And, every year check main motor and oil pump, oil motor operation situation ever anomaly.
