1. Q: What’s the delivery time of your machine?
A: we have machine from 50T to 1800T, generally for small machine from 50T to 268T, it will takes around 30 days for manufacturer, for machine from 330T to 500T, it takes around 45 days, for big machine from 650T to 1800T, it will takes around 2 month to 3 month. For some small machines, we may have machines in store, it depends on real situation, if you like to buy small machine, and you can ask whether we have machine in store.
2. Q: How long is your guarantee time?
A: generally, our machine have one year guarantee after the machine commissioned in customer’s company. If the machine has any quality problem within the guarantee period under the right operation, we will provide the corresponding parts to exchange free of charge.
3. Q: what’s your payment policy?
A: our common payment policy is 40% down payment by TT, 60% balance before shipment. Of course, if some country cannot accept TT, LC is acceptable as well. It can be discussed accordingly.
4. Q: can you send your engineer to help us to do the machine installation and commissioning?
A: yes, we can offer after sale service, if we have agent in your country, we can send engineer directly to your factory to help you to do machine installation and commissioning, if there is no agent in your area, we can send our engineer to help to do machine installation and commissioning, but you should bear the cost of air ticket, hotel and food of our engineer and in addition, you need to pay our engineer 100USD/ day as salary.

When we talk about the cooling in injection molding, we usually pay most attention for mould cooling. Actually,injection molding machine also need cooling, do you know how to connect water for injection machine?
Usually injection machine will connect with cooling tower, or pond. If you have one or two small injection machine, you can just use a cooling tower, make water circulated. But if you have more injection machine, you’d better connect with cooling tower together with pond. In that way, it will have enough water for machine. For injection mould cooling, we usually use water under 20 degree, it will make cycle fast; but for injection molding machine cooling, normal temperature is workable.
