In order to make the production in different plastic material, injection machine screw have different choice. For example, bi-metal screw, chromium plating screw, PVC special screw, PET special screw, PC special machine screw, PA/TPU special screw.
Bi-metal screw is suitable to all types of material with glass fiber, and special engineering plastic material, such as PPA, PO, PPS, LCP, fireproof ABS, Bakelite, Magnetic, PC, etc. Chrome-plated injection machine screw is anti-corrosion and anti-rust. Chroming also help to improve the screw surface hardness and finish. PVC have good melt viscosity and poor thermal stability, whichever temperature or time will lead to decomposition, so the injection machine screw should be PVC special screw. PET material have poor viscosity, good fluidity , it is easy to stick material, and it needs high molding temperatures, so we usually use PET special screw.Other material such as PC, PA, TPU, PMMA, because of their special characteristics, we usually use special injection machine screw to reach good production.
