The molding clamping force representation.The molding clamping force represents the specification of the injection machine, the way to reflect the biggest area of contour,but not reflect the size of the plastic product directly.For example,LY180,180 means the mold clamping force is 180*10KN
The combination of the injection volumn and the molding clamping force.It is a good way to reflect the shot capacity ,for example SZ-63/50,63 means the injection volumn is 63cm3,the molding clamp force is 50*10KN,S means machinery injection.,Z meansinjection machine.

The injection unit is the most important part of the injection machine .The function is plastifying and injecting the plastic by heating and pressure in theinjection machine.The main types of the injection unit of theinjection machineare plunger type ,the screw plastic type , reciprocating screw injection type.For now ,the most common type is reciprocating screw injection type.
The plasticizing way of plunger type is melting and plasticizing the plastic by the outside heating. The poor heat-conducting property lead to the poor plasticizing and the uneven temperature. It is always used in small injection molding machine.
Compared with the the plasticizing way of plunger type ,the quality and the efficiency of the plasticizing is better. It is mostly used in continuous injection and large injection equipment.
