High efficiency: three axis linkage
1) Two groups of servo hydraulic system, one group for open/close mould, the other group for ejection. Eckerle oil pump made in Germany. Phase servo motor made in Italy.
2) Moog Servo motor drive screw rotation Storage material
3) Three action(mould open, ejection, storage material) proceed in the same time, achieved three axis linkage. Shorten cycle time at least 1.8s for thin wall products, it will be reduced about 30%.
4) Mixing type double screw, material can be sufficient melting and mixed.
High precision:
1) Using single cylinder structure for injection, because two cylinders for injection can’t avoid sequence, so single cylinder structure for injection will be more precise.
2) Control valve: Moog servo valve can detect displacement velocity of the cylinder, will make corresponding adjustment, eliminate influence of external factors, realized the whole closed loop injection. Valve core continuously detect and adjust the size of the opening, guarantee the speed as the same.

Daily maintenance of injection molding, routine maintenance of injection molding.
For daily maintenance of injection molding, please pay attention followings:
(1) Examination before using1. Before using the injection molding, we should examine the qualification whether it is suitable for the industry.2. To check the equipment whether it is suitable with injection molding3. The operator should have detailed information of the injection molding performance and be familiar with operation method.
(2) Examining injection molding during the process1. The operation place must be clean. Inside the mould, it should have no dust.2. When using the injection molding, we should obey the rules.3. When try the mould, the first sets of products should be examined carefully.4. During the working process, we should examine the injection molding conditions. If we find some dust in the mould, then we should do the maintenance of the injection molding.
(3) Examination after using1. After using, we should unload the injection mould from the machine under the operating rules.2. When swing the injection mould, we should put down it carefully. After unloading the injection mould, we should clean the injection mould.

How to inject ABS material? ABS has its fine advantages and has been widely used in home appliance parts, electric parts and automotive parts, etc. But how to make sure good qualityABS molding part?
ABS molding solution:
1. ABS raw material needs 2 to 4 hours drying under 70-80℃.
2. Add UV inhibitor or other related additive, can help improve ABS material anti-aging ability.
3. Thickness of ABS part should within 1.5-5mm, part surface should be smooth.
4. Shrinkage of ABS part should within 0.3% - 0.6%, note shrinkage on the finished part.
5. Diameter of ABS mould runner section should larger than 5mm.
6. Barrel temperature of ABS injection molding machine can within 160-220℃; nozzle temperature can within 170-180℃.
7. Injection pressure can within 60-120MPa.
8. Slow ABS material melting flow speed is better for quality and strength of ABS part.
