PC parts injection technology is good or not which play a important role in PC parts production, so we pay more attention to PC parts injection notice, especially in injection machine selection, injection moulds design points.
The injected PC parts are with high transparency, high gloss, and widely used in electric cover parts and inner structural parts. Below are the PC parts injection notice.

Before injection, the PC material needs to be dried for at least 4 hours. Pure PC drying temperature is 120℃,and for modified PC, is110℃. All PC materials can be dried more than 10 hours.

PC parts mould temperature is about 80℃ to 100 ℃, if adding glass fiber, the temperature is about 100℃ to 130 ℃. During the plastics melting, plasticizing process, melted materials constantly move toward the barrel front-end (measuring chamber), and more and more, and gradually formed a pressure to promote screw back.
