But how to give customer a guide in robot installation?

1.please check PLC control procedures before injection molding machine automatic operation.

If it is ok, then start the robot, please return to zero for automatic operation.

2.In the  automatic process, it covers: automatic pick up the A to B.

And PLC needs to achieve: arm rising up, arm taking out, rising out of the sucking disks,

arm retracting, arm taking down, looseing the  automatic chuck.

3.In the process of operation,if the action achieved without error in 24 hours,

we can say the robot installation is finished.
